- I do not offer custom illustrations or modification of existing ones.


- I do not offer custom printing on other paper sizes than what is showed in the shop.

I do not offer gift wrapping but I let buyers add a message for their gift recipients. I will handwrite your message on a postcard and put it with the order.

 If the order is marked as a gift but has no gift message, I'll still put in a Thank you postcard.



I never send paper invoice with my orders, gift or not.

The order can usually be picked up in Rosemont (Montréal) as soon as the day after checking out. Please ask for a faster pickup.

- Please mention PICKUP in the “notes to seller” while checking out and give me a date and approximate hour that you'd plan on passing for pickup (any day, any hour)
- If there’s change of plan, please let me know through Etsy’s messages
- On the chosen day, I'll leave the order well packaged on my balcony (depending on the size; in my mailbox or in a bag on the door handle) a bit before or in the morning depending of my whereabouts of the day

I mail all my orders with tracking numbers but even that does not help sometimes. Please contact me and we'll work it out.



If the address you provided was wrong or incomplete, the order will be returned to me with a little delay. Shipping costs vary between $15 and $20 so please pay particular attention to this kind of detail when you buy online.

If the order arrived but in poor condition, send me right away clear pictures of the poor thing and I'll mail you another one.
